Voltalis may collect and process information for the following purposes:

If an incident compromising the integrity or confidentiality of data occurs, Voltalis will notify affected users and take corrective measures promptly.

8/ USE OF DATA FOR MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

Voltalis may use the contact information (e.g., name, email address, telephone number) provided by users to send marketing communications, provided that the user has explicitly opted in.

Voltalis ensures that users’ data is used in compliance with UK GDPR and only for the purposes to which they have consented.

9/ INCIDENT NOTIFICATION

Despite all efforts by Voltalis, no transmission method over the internet or electronic storage method is completely secure. Therefore, absolute security cannot be guaranteed. However, should Voltalis become aware of a security breach, the affected Users will be informed as soon as possible so that they can take appropriate measures. Our incident notification procedures consider our legal obligations under UK law.
