How do we know if our radiators are compatible?

Any Lot 20-compliant smart radiator on the Tuya platform qualifies — Adax, Ecostrad, Mylek, Elnur, Rointe and 100+ others. Send us the make and models of your appliances, and we can confirm compatibility without the need for a site visit.
Will students notice the demand response events?
No. Events involve small, brief adjustments within a comfort band your estates team defines upfront — designed to be imperceptible under normal conditions.
What if we have a mix of smart and legacy devices across different halls?
