New IoT20-compliant smart radiators come with manufacturer warranties, so hardware faults are warranty claims directed at the manufacturer, not estates maintenance jobs. Voltalis also covers replacement for programme-related faults under the agreement. Fault signals surface automatically in the dashboard so your team can see which devices are offline without visiting individual rooms. The burden on your estates team goes down, not up.
