Electricity data sharing consent

Voltalis UK Limited obtains, analyses, processes and controls the following data including (but not limited to):

  • Electricity consumption data: current and up to 13 months historical electricity consumption data (including meter reads), meter details, supplier details and contracted capacity.
  • On-going electricity consumption data (including meter reads), meter details, supplier details and contracted capacity.

Voltalis UK Limited will obtain, analyse, process and control the data at the following granularity: Half hourly

Do this for the purpose(s) of:

  • Providing the user with energy efficiency services that allow for monitoring, managing and reducing electricity consumption in the user’s home, and
  • Aggregating your consumption data and trading it on the Electricity Market.
  • Voltalis works with Perse Technology Ltd to retrieve your energy data from industry sources. Perse’s privacy policy is here: https://www.perse.io/privacy-policy. If you have smart meters, Perse may work with a Data Communications Company adaptor provider, such as n3rgy (or whichever provider is listed on the Perse website in its Privacy Policy). This is a technology interface into the national smart meter systems. N3rgy Limited uses the Smart Energy Code Party credentials and Party ID of N3RGY LIMITED, incorporated and registered in England and Wales with the company number 11203504 whose registered office is at 4 Ovington Drive,
